At RHC, we are committed to being a church filled with deep disciples of Christ who are making deep disciples of Christ. There are multiple ways we seek to foster this. First, we regularly emphasize and work to help every member to take the responsibility of either pursuing someone else to disciple or to be discipled in a one-on-one, word-centered discipling relationship.
In addition, throughout the year we offer formal classroom training called Deeper Discipleship. This involves three tiers.
The first tier addresses some of the core essentials of the faith.
The second tier moves deeper into essential theology and how we practically live out that theology. Everyone is encouraged to take advantage of both of those.
The third tier is limited, as it is geared toward those interested in pursuing church leadership or ministry. This is our RHC internships.
There are two levels of interns. The first level is for those desiring significant roles in church ministry, leadership, or vocational calling. It is a two-semester internship offered every year, beginning in September and ending in April. It focuses on developing theological depth, spiritual life, and leadership/shepherding skills through formal training and coaching by RHC’s staff in both a cohort and in the context of real-life ministry.
The second level builds on the first with a focused emphasis on practical ministry under one ministry leader. The term and time spent varies, but is limited to one year. Space is limited in both levels.
Please let us know if you're interested in more information about any of these.
As a women's ministry, we exist to glorify God by developing women who are shaped and driven by the gospel. We value:
Gathering to experience God in nurturing and life-giving community
Equipping people for a life of faith through Word-centered ministry
Partnering together to love and reach our neighbors for Christ
Women are a valuable and significant part of God's Kingdom and we want to help every woman know and experience God's transforming truth and love. We do this through weekly in-depth Bible studies, growth workshops, special events, women's retreats and one-on-one discipleship. We would love to have you join us!
Our desire at Redemption Hill is to connect men together to build meaningful relationships within the church. We aim to create an environment where our men connect with Jesus for instruction and encouragement in their daily lives. We believe that as we link men shoulder to shoulder to build Godly friendships they will be enabled to grow as leaders in their home, in their church, in their business, in their community, in recreation and wherever else God takes them.
