INTERNSHIPS
The RHC Internship Program exists to help equip and launch the next generation of pastors, missionaries, and servant-leaders into the world by giving interns the opportunity to explore ministry as part of a church staff. Our goal is for all interns to be engaged with people, not merely tasks, and play a significant role in ministry.

Growth Goals
Theological Depth
We want you to develop a growing knowledge of the Christian faith and a greater ability to think theologically about ministry and cultural issues.
Spiritual Life
Meaningful and effective ministry flows from who we are in our relationship with God. We desire that you grow in your knowledge and experience of God, and that you learn to lead from an emotionally and spiritually healthy place.
Leadership and Shepherding Skills
Ministry is all about people. So we want to develop skills in leading, serving, and coming alongside those God has placed in your path.
Ministry Vision and Philosophy
Strong leaders must know the “where” and “how” of their ministry. Our desire is to develop our interns so that they become increasingly thoughtful about the goals of the ministry as well as the overarching way ministry will be done. This will especially focus on the practical nature of church service and shepherding.
