WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Women are a valuable part of God's kingdom and we want to help every woman know God's transforming truth and love. We aim to help equip women to be growing disciples of Jesus Christ, primarily through weekly in-depth Bible studies and one-on-one discipleship. We also host special events such as growth workshops, soul care days, women's brunches and mini-retreats to foster deeper connection with God and friendship with one another. Our desire is that every woman would be rooted and grounded in God's word, equipped for ministry in their homes and workplaces and eager to use their gifts to serve others.
Women's Bible Studies
Our women's ministry at Redemption Hill is committed to a deep and rich study of the whole Bible as our foundation for truth. We care deeply that women are trained to think biblically and that Scripture shapes and informs both what we believe and how we live out our beliefs. We value learning in community and encouraging one another as we grow together in obedience to Christ.
Discipleship
We strongly value and encourage discipleship relationships between older and younger women (Titus 2). As spiritually mature women walk alongside younger women as spiritual mothers, sisters and friends, they strengthen the next generation of women to live lives worthy of their calling. We encourage life-on-life discipleship where women can share their lives, teach sound doctrine and help strengthen younger women toward love and service of God and neighbor. We want to help equip women on both sides of this equation - those wanting to grow as mentors and those needing a spiritual mentor.
Events
We believe that regular weekly Bible studies and discipleship are the main avenues for deeper growth and consistent community for every woman. However, we also host several events throughout the year that provide opportunities for training, soul care, connection with others, and service to others in our church and community.
